1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bencal platform, including the website located at bencal.bet, all associated mobile-optimised pages, casino game lobbies, sports betting markets, account management systems, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). Duplicate accounts — whether created using different email addresses, different phone numbers, or different payment method details — are strictly prohibited. bencal reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any bonus balances or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts.

During the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, bencal may request copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 6. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

bencal reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud or money laundering activity; provision of false or misleading registration information; violation of these Terms; receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal; suspected underage access; use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited; or any activity that bencal reasonably believes poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other players.

Players may voluntarily close their bencal account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money BDT balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after deduction of any amounts owed to bencal. In no event shall bencal's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform exceed the total BDT amount deposited by that player into their account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bencal is not liable for gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.

9. Privacy, Data Protection, and Communications

bencal collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on the Platform at all times. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bencal with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
